Responding to Our Anti-American Moment

My latest for TGCC.

Did you know Canadians are travelling to the United States at all time lows?

According to Statistics Canada, the number of Canadian-resident return trips from the United States was down 30.9% year over year, while the number of trips to Canada by US residents decreased 2.6%. There are more Americans visiting Canada than Canadians visiting America, despite us being less than 10% of their population!

This is part of what I call Canada’s Anti-American Moment. What is going on? And how should Canadian leaders respond?
